滋阴降火中药漱口液配合药物治疗复发性口疮的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨滋阴降火方漱口液配合药物治疗复发性口疮的疗效及总结护理要点。方法选择符合阴虚火旺型复发性口疮的患者132例,随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组各66例,两组患者在内服同样药物的基础上,治疗组给予滋阴降火中药含漱液含漱和口腔护理,对照组给予0.02%呋喃西林溶液含漱和口腔护理。结果132例患者经过两个疗程治疗后,治疗组治疗总有效率为90.9%,对照组为59.1%,两组比较,P﹤0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论滋阴降火中药含漱液具有清热解毒、祛腐生肌、解毒消肿的疗效,治疗复发性口疮效果优于用0.02%呋喃西林含漱液,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine gargle which can strengthen yin to control fire on recurrent aphtha. Methods A total of 132 patients who fitted the adopted standard were randomly divided into a treatment group of 66 cases and a control group of 66 cases. Besides oral use of the same medicines, the treatment group used Chinese medicine gargle and received nursing of oral cavity, while the other group used 0.02% furadantin liquid. Results After two therapy courses, the total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 59.1% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The Chinese medicine gargle which can strengthen yin to control fire on recurrent aphtha,can make the gumrubor tumor and ulcer vanish with clearing away heat and removing toxic substances, resolving flesh and removing muscle, and alleviating edema. Its therapeutic efficacy is superior to 0.02% furadantin liquid in curing the recurrent aphtha.
