护理人员发生锐器伤的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的了解护理人员发生锐器伤的原因,并提出相对应的对策。方法采用自行设计的调查表对281名护理人员在日常护理操作中发生锐器伤的情况进行调查。结果281名护理人员中发生锐器伤者31名,发生率11.0%。其中,操作过程中被针头刺伤的8名(25.8%)、清理医疗废物时被扎伤的6名(19.4%)、回套针头时刺破手指的6名(19.4%)、清理用物时被针头刺伤的6名(19.4%)和手术过程中被锐器刺伤4名(12.9%)及其他1名(3.2%)。结论护理人员个人防护意识欠佳,锐器伤的发生率较高。加强护理人员防护意识,可有效降低护理人员锐器伤的发生和伤害程度。Objective To learn the causes of sharp instrument injury in nurses and to propose corresponding strategies. Method A total of 281 nurses were investigated on sharp instrument injury with self-made questionnaires. Results Sharp instrument injuries occurred in 31 nurses, with the incidence rate of 11.0%. Among them, 8 （25.8%） were injured by needles during operative procedure, 6 （19.4%） were injured when cleaning wastes, 6 （19.4%） were injured when cleaning substances, 6 （19.4%） were injured when covering needles, 4（12.9%） were injured during operation by sharp instrument, and 1（3.2%）was injuried for other reason. Conclusions Because of poor protection awareness, the incidence rate of sharp instrument injury was high among nurses. Strong protection awareness can reduce the incidence rate of sharp instrument injury and the degree of damage.
