地震灾区使用自制简易气管罩对气管切开伤员的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨在地震灾区简易条件下使用简易气管罩对气管切开伤员的护理效果。方法在汶川地震灾区简易病房对12例气管切开伤员使用自制新型、简易气管罩结合常规进行护理。结果12例接受护理的气管切开伤员中除1例转院外，其余11例在1个月内均未发生肺部感染。结论在简易条件下采用新型气管罩结合常规护理能提高血氧饱和度，降低肺部感染率，有利于伤员的康复。To summarize the nursing interventions for 12 patients wounded in earthquake who had incision of trachea with a self- made,simple and easy trachea cover,to include the materials and procedure to make the trachea covering,as well as how to use it;in addition,the normal nursing interventions of incision of trachea consist of tube care,local wound care,sputum suction care,oral cavity care and diet care are described, it is considered that with the new method,which is the new trachea cover combined with the nor- mal nursing interventions,the patients increased the saturation of blood oxygen,get satisfactory effect of humidification, reduce the probability of pulmonary infection ,thus can get prompt recovery from illness.
