改进型游动凡尔罩在长庆油田的应用

摘　　要：对抽油泵游动凡尔罩进行了受力分析,研究分析凡尔罩断脱原因,并从结构、材质以及处理工艺上进行了改进。现场应用表明,使用改进后的游动凡尔罩较好地解决了断脱问题,提高了抗腐蚀性、抗拉性,延长了使用寿命,经济效益显著,值得进一步推广应用。The frequent failure of pump valve not only increases the amount of well pulling service,but also adds productive cost and affects extraction of oil.The stress and the reason of break and throw-off of travelling valve are analyzed,and then the structure,material and processing technique are a-meliorated.The field experiments show that the improved travelling valve is reliable,eliminating the break and throw-off and enhancing the corrosion resistance and drawing re-sistance,so the service time of the valve is prolonged.
