风湿病患者ENA多肽抗体检测的临床评价

摘　　要：本文用免疫印迹技术检测122例风湿病患者的ENA多肽抗体。其中SLE阳性率为74.0％（37／50）；MCTD阳性率为100％（24／24）；SS阳性率为85.0％（17／20）；PSS阳性率为61．1％（11／18）；PM／DM阳性率为30.0％（3／10）。试验结果认为，检测ENA多肽抗体，对以上五种风湿病的诊断、预后有一定的临床价值。We studied ENA polypeptide antibodies of 122 rheumatisants by technique of immunoblotting. The positive rate of SLE is 74. 0% (37/50), MCTD is 100%(24/24 ), SS is 85.0% (17/20), PSS is 61. 1 (11/18), PM/DM is 30. 0(3/10). After analysis of ENA polypeptide antibodies, it is evident that the detection is of clinically effective value in diagnosis and prognosis of rehumatism.
