巨噬细胞局部浸润和增殖在狼疮性肾炎中的作用

摘　　要：目的：观察人类狼疮性肾炎肾组织巨噬细胞浸润和增殖及其与肾脏病理和功能损害的关系。方法：采用微波免疫组织化学双重染色的方法，观察正常肾和狼疮肾组织巨噬细胞浸润和增殖与狼疮肾组织活动指数，肾脏病理和功能损害的相关关系。结果：狼疮性肾炎肾组织有多量的巨噬细胞及浸润和增殖，肾组织中的巨噬细胞数目，尤其是表达ＰＣＮＡ的巨噬细胞数目与狼疮肾组织活动指数，肾脏病理与功能损害明显相关。Objective:To investigate the renal local macrophage accumulation and proliferation in lupus nephritis and their correlation with renal injuries.Methods:Using a method of microwavebased double immunohistochemistry labelling,the number of Kpl+,and Kpl+ PCNA+ cells in normal and diseased kidney and their correlation with LN activity index,renal pathologic and function changes in lupus nephritis were examined.Results:There were marked accumulation and proliferation of macrophage in diseased kidney.The number of macrophage,particularly PCNAexpressing macrophage,showed a strong correlation with LN activity,histological and function changes.Conclusion:This study suggests that local accumulation and proliferation of macrophage play an important role in mediation of progressive renal injuries in human lupus nephritis.
