摘 要:仿真器平台的结构参数直接影响仿真器的模拟逼真度。根据平台机构尺寸参数确定仿真器平台最大线(角)位移,结合仿真载运工具实际运动信号辨识出相应洗出算法参数,从而求解出仿真器驾驶员运动感觉,构造人体运动感觉误差作为模拟逼真度衡量标准,在建立平台机构尺寸参数和模拟逼真度之间联系的基础上,提出面向模拟逼真度的仿真器平台结构参数优化方法。运用该方法对牵引动力国家重点实验室研制的高速列车驾驶仿真器进行优化设计。计算结果表明:结构参数优化后的仿真器平台运动充分利用了其工作空间;产生的仿真器驾驶员运动感觉误差较优化前降低了84.57%,显著地提高了模拟逼真度。The structural parameters of a simulator plattorm directty affect me simulation fidelity of a simulator. Simulator platform maximum linear (angular) displacements were ensured according to the simulator platform mechanism dimension parameters. According to the actual movement signals of the simulated vehicle, the parameters of the washout algorithm were identified, the simulator driver movement sensations were determined, and human body movement sensation errors were defined as the simulation fidehty measurement standards. Based on the relationship between the structural parameters of the simulator platform and simulation fidelity of the simulator, an optimization method for the structural parameters of simulator platform oriented simulation fidelity was proposed. The proposed method is applied to the high speed locomotive driving simulator developed by us and the resuits demonstrate that the simulator platform movements with optimized structural parameters make better use of its workspace, and the simulator driver movement sensation error is decreased by 84.57 %, which means the simulation fidelity is greatly enhanced.
