摘  要:采用金相﹑扫描电镜和力学性能分析方法研究了正火温度和保温时间对低铬耐磨铸铁组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随加热温度的升高,共晶碳化物由连续网状变为弧立、不规则条块状数量增多,铸铁的冲击韧度和抗弯强度也随之改变,硬度变化较小;当加热温度为970℃,保温3h正火后,该铸铁具有良好的综合力学性能。分析了铸铁力学性能变化的原因。The effects of normalizing temperature and retaining time on microstructure and properties of low chromium wear resistant cast steel were studied. The results show that the carbides transform from continuous network to isolated irregular blocks, impact toughness and bending strength present evident variation with the increase of the heat temperature, but the change of hardness is very little, and after normalized at 970 ℃ for 3 h, the cast steel has better comprehensive mechanical properties. The main reason of good mechanical properties are analyzed.
