低频电穴位刺激治疗脑外伤后失语症

摘　　要：目的：观察低频电穴位刺激对脑外伤后失语症的治疗效果。方法：选择大脑皮层参与言语整合部位在头部投射区的穴位，采用低频电刺激方法，治疗脑外伤后失语症患者２４例，与同期住院常规药物治疗的３４例脑外伤后失语症患者作对照，并进行疗程后的疗效比较。结果：低频电穴位治疗组平均治疗２２天，痊愈率为４６％，有效率为９２％；药物治疗组平均治疗３２．６天，痊愈率为１５％，有效率为６８％。两组比较，痊愈率χ２＝６．８２，Ｐ＜０．０１，差异有非常显著性；有效率χ２＝４．６７，Ｐ＜０．０５，差异有显著性。结论：低频电穴位刺激治疗的效果明显优于对照组。采用该方法治疗，可产生低频电和穴位的综合协同作用，比单一方法治疗效果明显提高。Objective:In order to search for the therapeutic effect of low frequency electrotherapy on acupoints for aphasia following brain injury.Methods:Twentyfour cases with aphasia following brain injury were treated with low frequency electrotherapy on acupoints,these acupoints were relatively connected with the speech and motor rehabilitation for the patients of aphasia or hemiplegia.Another thirtyfour aphasia cases were given the conventional drugs as a control group.The effect was compared in both groups.Results:The course of low frequency electrotherapy was 22 days averagely,the recovery and effective rate was respectively 46% and 92%.The effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that of control group(P < 0.05 , 0.01).Conclusion:It is indicated that low frequency current therapy combined with acupuncture might develop a synergic effect which was better than the single treatment for the disease.
