摘  要:采用Brision[1]等提出的SMA材料的本构关系,分析了形状记忆合金作动器在三种热交换方式(自然冷却、强制冷却和采用半导体热泵技术)下的动力特性,同时研究了SMA丝在恒载和载荷变化时对完成正逆相变所用时间的影响。In this paper , the constitutive equations of SMA material proposed by Brision is adopted to investigate the dynamic response of shape memory alloy actuator under three types of heat transferring models: resistive heating with free convection cooling , resistive heating with forced convection cooling and the semiconductor “heat pump” modules. Meanwhile, the loading influences on the period of completing transformation are analyzed. The results indicate that heat transferring types will yield larger influence on the period of completing transformation. Especially the third type is able to decrease effectively the response period of the actuator. The method of increasing the structural surface to enhance the heat transfer rate is not very effective and will be limited by structure design. Those factors and the improving methods which can influence actuator's response are simply discussed.
