摘  要:目的:建立测定夫洛丙酮片中主药含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以乙醇为溶剂,检测波长为286nm。结果:夫洛丙酮检测浓度的线性范围为10~60μg.mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.96%,RSD=0.62%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of main component content in flopropione tablets. METHODS: The content of flopropione was determined by UV spectrophotometry with alcohol as solvent under a detective wavelength of 286 nm. RESULTS: The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10- 60μg . mL^-1 ( r = 0.999 9) and the average recovery rate was 99.96% (RSD = 0.62% ) . CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and applicable for the quality control of flopropione tablets.
