摘　　要：目的:为便于医药工作者更好地利用PubMed检索外文文献提供参考。方法:结合实例,从检索方法、特殊服务功能、特征栏使用、检索结果的存盘与打印等方面对PubMed进行详细介绍。结果与结论:PubMed是世界公认的最重要、最具权威性且使用率最高的生物医学文献数据库之一,其内容涉及生物医学的各个领域。掌握PubMed的检索方法和技巧将有助于广大医务工作者快速、准确地检索外文文献。OBJECTIVE： To provide references for medical workers about how to make better use of the PubMed to retrieve foreign literature. METHODS： The PubMed was introduced in detail with example in respect of the retrieving method, special service function, use of special column, storing and printing of retrieving results, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： PubMed is generally accepted as one of the most important and authoritative biomedical bibliographic database and its contents cover each field of biomedicine. Mastering the methods and skills of retrieving PubMed is of great help for medical workers to retrieve foreign literature rapidly and accurately.
