摘  要:目的对从燕麦麸皮中分离得到的非离子型表面活性剂双半乳糖基二酰甘油酯(digalactosyl-diacylglycerol,DGDG)进行初步研究。方法采用丙酮提取,硅胶柱分离DGDG,NMR法鉴定结构,并对其亲水亲油平衡值(hydrophile-lipophile balance,HLB)、临界胶束浓度(critical micelle concen-tration,CMC)和自组装性能进行研究。结果分离得到了DGDG,其HLB值为8.15、CMC为2 mg.L-1,并可自组装成为双分子层。结论DGDG可作为一种具有自组装性能的载体材料。Objective To study on a new type nonionic wetting agent-digalactosydiacylglycerol (DGDG) which was isolated from oat bran. Methods Oat oil was extracted by acetone from oat bran, and DGDG was isolated by silica gel column from oat oil. Chemical methods and NMR data were used to identify the structure Of DGDG. Its hydrophile-lipophile balance value( HLB), critical micelle concentration(CMC) and selfassembly performance were researched through preparing vesicle which has inner aqueous phase. Results DGDG was obtained successfully and its NMR data were consistent with literature. Its HLB and CMC concentration were 8. 15 and 2. 00 mg.L^-1, respectively. The vesicle which has inner aqueous phase can be formed by its self. Conclusions DGDG can be used as a kind of carrier material which has self-assembly performance.
