摘　　要：目的建立同时测定小花鬼针草中原儿茶酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷含量的方法。方法药材用体积分数为60%的乙醇水溶液超声提取,提取液减压蒸干,残渣用甲醇溶解、滤过作为供试品溶液;采用Shimadzu VP-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-体积分数为0.1%的甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min^-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果原儿茶酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷质量浓度分别在40.2-804.0、24.8-496.0、25.2-504.0、20.4-408.0 mg.L^-1内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r≥0.999 5,n=6）,方法平均回收率分别为100.2%、99.3%、99.5%、98.3%（RSD≤2.9%,n=6）。结论本方法可用于同时测定小花鬼针草中原儿茶酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷的含量。Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of protocatechuic acid, rutin, hyperoside and quercitrin in Bidens parviflora Willd.. Methods The analysis was carried out on a Shimadzu VP-C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） column;The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0. 1% （φ） formic acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min ^- 1. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and column temperature was 30 -12. Results The linear ranges of protocatechuic acid, rutin, hyperoside and quercitrin were 40. 2 - 804. 0, 24. 8 - 496. 0, 25.2 - 504. 0, 20. 4 - 408.0 mg· L ^-1 （ r ≥0. 999 5, n = 6 ）, respectively. The average recoveries were 100. 2%, 99. 3 %, 99. 5 % and 98.3% （RSD 〈2. 9% ,n =6） ,respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and can be used to determine the contents of the above four components with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
