摘　　要：挖掘盐酸安妥沙星背后的故事,讲述杨玉社8年的化合物合成筛选长跑,重现王祥及安徽环球从四类新药到一类新药的历程,展现这两个男人16年新药研发的接力,无疑比铺天盖地宣传这个一类新药诞生的划时代意义,更能给人予心灵的触动。The relay of professor Yang Yu-she from Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Mr.Wang Xiang, the Chairman of Anhui Global Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd., has f illed a vacancy in quinolone antibiotics R&D in China.The relay of 8-year synthesis and screening by the team led by Prof.Yang Yu-she and registration of Anhui Global Pharmaceutical innovatively leaping from Class IV to Class I, the successful experience in R&D of anto? oxacin hydrochloride might be a good example for the cooperation of academia, R&D, and manufacturers, and the pharmaceutical sector in China undergoing innovative transfer.
