摘　　要：目的:探讨长期住院精神分裂症患者的现状及社会支持状况。方法:对40例长期住院和40例短期住院的精神分裂症患者采用社会支持量表、护士用住院患者观察量表、自制调查表调查患者的现状及社会支持状况。结果:长期住院的与短期住院的精神分裂症患者在职业、住院费用来源、亲属探视频率、社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁、迟缓及社会支持等方面均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:长期住院精神分裂症患者社会支持不良,应加强给予人性化的护理和关爱。Objective： To investigate the current conditions of long - term hospitalized schizophrenic patients and social support state. Methods ： 40 long - term inpatients with schizophrenia and 40 short - term inpatients with schizophrenia were respectively investigated and the social support state was evaluated by Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, Nurse＇s Observation Scale for Inpatients Evaluation （NOSIE） and self- designed questionnaire. Results： There were significant differences in occupation, source of hospital expenses, the frequency of family visit, social competence, social interest, personal hygiene, tardiness and social support （ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The long - term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia should be given humane care and love in view of the poor social support they have got.
