摘　　要：云计算已经对IT界产生了变革性的影响,是当前信息领域一大热点。文章介绍了信息资源管理的核心内容,从信息资源管理的多个角度看云的性能要求,从信息交流的障碍出发考察了云的安全性问题。本文将信息资源管理中信息组织和服务的相关原则,应用到云的信息交流、信息组织、信息服务等方面的质量的考察中,试图为云计算的性能评价找到适用的标准。Cloud computing has brought in an enormous impact on the IT field, which is currently a hot field of information. This article introduces the key contents of information resource management, assesses the performance requirement of cloud computing in several aspects of information resource management, and inspects the security issues of cloud computing based on the barrier of information communication. This article will apply the relevant principles of information resource management principles to the quality inspection of the cloud＇s information exchange, information organization and information services, attempting to find applicable standards to appraise the performance of the cloud computing.
