摘 要:研究了长春市南湖冰封期间,冰和水中营养盐、叶绿素a和藻类的浓度变化.实验结果表明:在冰层融化的季节(2月末~4月初),存在营养盐、叶绿素a和藻类首先被释放的现象;在最寒冷时期,营养盐、叶绿素a和藻类在冰的上层浓度较大;在冰封期(11月末~2月中旬),冰-水界面和水-底泥界面水中营养盐等的浓度变化较为缓慢,在1月份,营养盐、叶绿素a和藻类的浓度达到最低值.但是,在冰层融化的过程中,冰-水界面和水-底泥界面水中营养盐等的浓度迅速增大.The concentrations of nutrients, chlorophyll a and algae were studied in the ice layer and water during the icebound season in the South lake of Changchun city, Jilin Province. Throughout the icebound season(from the end of November to the middle of February)the concentrations of nutrients, chlorophyll a and algae at the interfaces of ice-water and water-sedlment changed slowly, reaching their lowest point in January. During the coldest days, their concentrations were higher in the upper parts of the ice than in the lower parts. The nutrients, chlorophyll a and algae were released when the ice layer began to thaw between the end of February and the beginning of April. The concentrations of nutrients at the ice-water and water-sediment interfaces increased quickly when the ice began to thaw.
