摘 要:研究氢在Ti-60合金中的溶解度和氢对Ti-60合金的显微组织、(α+β)/β相变点和高温力学性能的影响。结果表明:氢在合金中的溶解热为–41.9kJ/mol;随着氢浓度的增加,Ti-60合金中初生α相的体积分数和(α+β)/β的相变点相应降低;同时,Ti-60合金高温屈服强度随氢浓度的增加先降低后升高,并且最低屈服点的氢浓度正好对应于(α+β)/β相变点的氢浓度。The solubility of hydrogen in Ti-60 alloy and the effect of hydrogen on the microstructure, (α+β)/β transformation and the mechanical properties of Ti-60 alloy at high temperature have been investigated. The results show that the solution heat of hydrogen in Ti-60 titanium alloy AH is found to be -41.9 kJ/mol. And the volume fraction of primary a and the (α+β)/β transformation temperature is continuously decreased with increasing the hydrogen contents. The results also indicate that the yield strength at high temperature is also continuously decreased with hydrogen concentration, and the minimum yield strength occurs at a concentration corresponding to the (α+β)/β transition.
