摘　　要：总结了12例甲状舌管囊肿患儿术前术后的护理经验,即术前采用俯卧位和经口插胃管饲奶喂养,必要时应用气管插管支持通气,密切监护生命指征。术后24h连续监护,保持气道通畅,适时镇静。12例患儿痊愈出院。This paper summarize the perioperative nursing of 12 newborns with thyroglossal cyst. The preoperative nursing measures focused on prone position,gastric tube feeding,close monitoring of vital signs and tracheal intubation as needed. If the TcSO2 was normal ,oxygen therapy was not recommended. After the operation,continuously monitoring vital signs ,respiratory care and use of sedatives as needed were carried out. As a result,all of the 12 infants recovered and discharged.
