摘　　要：目的探讨抚触对缓解椎间盘激光汽化术中患者疼痛的作用。方法将91例接受椎间盘激光汽化术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组术中接受护士实施的抚触,手术结束时评估两组患者术中疼痛程度。结果观察组患者与对照组相比,术中疼痛程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚触能缓解患者椎间盘激光汽化术中疼痛程度,有利于手术顺利进行。Objective To evaluate the effects of therapeutic touch on the pain in patients being undergoing percutaneous laser disk decompression. Methods Ninety-one patients undergoing pereutaneous laser disk decompression were randomly assigned to therapeutic touch group and routine care group. The intraoperative pain was assessed at the end of operation. Result There was significant difference in the level of pain between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapeutic touch can alleviate intraoperative pain in patients undergoing percutaneous laser disk decompression.
