摘  要:提出了将炼厂废水与油田产出污水混合处理为油田回注水的设想,并根据这一设想进行了室内研究。试验结果证明,该设想合理,处理后的水滤膜系数大于20,其固体悬浮物为1mg/L左右,腐蚀速率仅为0.042mm/a,不结垢,与地层水配伍性好,达到了注入水部颁标准SY/T5329-94的技术规定。将炼厂废水处理为油田注入水,可使炼厂废水在一定条件下资源化。A new process for mixing wastewater from refinery with oilfield produced water and for treating the resultant as an injection water is constructed and studied in laboratory.Industrial tests has been carried outThe results show that the quality of the treated water meets the requirements of SY/T532994 and a contamination problem due to refinery wastewater is solvedA new source of injection water is provided by the process which may save the investment of equipment and treatment cost
