摘  要:采用简单、高效的化学沉淀法制备出规则的片状纳米SrSO4粉体,研究了温度、Sr2+浓度和乙醇加入量等对粉体的粒径、粒度分布和团聚程度的影响,通过正交试验选择出合适的工艺参数与控制条件。利用SEM、XRD和DSC等方法对粉体进行了形貌观察、物相分析及热物性分析。结果表明,采用乙醇-水溶液体系制备SrSO4粉体的最佳工艺为室温条件下,Sr2+浓度为1.0 mol/L,乙醇加入量为反应溶液总体积的30%。通过控制粉体在溶液中的饱和度可以制备出形状规则、晶型一致、粒度分布窄、分散性良好的纳米硫酸锶粉体。Flake SrSO4 nanoparticles were synthesized by use of chemical precipitation method. Influences of temperature, Sr^2+ concentration and the amount of ethanol addition on the particle size, particle size distribution and dispersion of SrSO4 powders were studied. With the orthogonal test approach, appropriate technological parameters and controlling conditions were selected. Thermal physical properties, morphologies and crystal structures of the powders were analyzed with SEM, XRD and DSC methods. The results show that the optimized parameters for synthesis of flake SrSO4 nanoparticles in the ethanol-water system are ambient temperature, the Sr^2+ concentration of 1.0 mob/L, and the ethanol addition of 30% of total solution volume. By controlling the saturation of the powder in the solution ,fine and uniform strontium sulfate partieles with an identical crystal structure and a regular crystallographic shape can be obtained.
