摘  要:综述高效脱色菌的筛选、培育及已鉴定的菌属。通过脱色菌对含偶氮染料的染色废水的脱色降解反应的研究,发现降解偶氮染料的酶是偶氮还原酶(azoreductase),提出染料分子的结构影响染色废水的脱色率。最后介绍脱色菌应用于染色废水处理的新工艺,并对运用高效脱色菌和活性污泥接种处理染色废水方式进行比较,认为采取高效脱色菌接种挂膜方式较好。The methods of isolation and culture of high efficient dye-decolouring bacteria, and the relative strains were introduced. The biodegradation mechanisms of azo dyes by decolor bacteria were studied, with the result that azo dyes were degraded by azoreductase,and the types of dyes chemical structure affect the decoloring activity of wastewater.The recent technologies concerning the biological treatment of dyeing wastewater by using decolor bacteria were proposed. Moreover,a comparison is made by useing mixed bacteria culture high efficient dye-decolouring bacteria and activated sludge for treating dying wastewater and it showed that an excellent biofilm by high efficient bacteria was more efficient than that by activated sludge.
