摘 要:目的:研究不同体重指数(Body maxx index,BMI)人群中前列腺特异抗原(Prostate-specific antigen,PSA)水平差异。以及对PSA临床应用可能产生的影响。方法:对2006年1月~2007年7月间本院体检中心856例男性体检资料进行分析,所有入选者均排除前列腺炎或前列腺癌病史,测量身高,体重,血清总PSA,计算体重指数(BMI=体重/身高2),通过统计学方法分析BMI与血清PSA之间相关性。结果:正常体重组(BMI<24)、超重组(24≤BMI<28)和肥胖组(BMI≥28)中,血清PSA水平(ng/mL)分别为2.97±0.15,2.53±0.12和2.01±0.16,三组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 PSA与BMI(r=-0.130,P<0.05)、体重(r=-0.142,P<0.05)呈负相关关系;与年龄(r=0.306,P<0.05)呈正相关关系。结论:BMI和血清PSA水平存在相关性,随着BMI增加,PSA呈下降趋势,应用PSA解释临床结果时应考虑到BMI的影响。Objective: The aim of this study was to examine whether PSA levels were affected by BMI and the influence of BMI on the clinical application of PSA. Methods: A total of 856 males who had routine health checkups between January 2006 and July 2007 in our hospital were recruited for this study. Those with a documented history of prostate carcinoma were excluded. Height, weight, and total PSA were measured. The BMI was calculated from measured height and weight [BMl=weight (kg)/height (m)2]. Results: The serum PSA (ng/mL) levels were 2.97±0.15 in the normal weight group, 2.53±0.12 in the overweight group, and 2.01± 0.16 in the obese group (P〈0.05). A negative correlation was found between PSA and BMI (r=-0.130, P〈0.05) and weight (r=-0.142, P〈0.05). A positive correlation was found between PSA and age (r=0.306, P〈0.05). Conclusion: BMI is associated with PSA. As BMI increases, serum PSA decreases. The current data suggest that such an influence should be considered in the clinical application of PSA.
