摘　　要：本文通过在对开放获取运动与知识产权保护综述的基础上,从图书馆的角度分析它们之间的现实矛盾,进而从信息共享空间的视角,系统分析信息共享空间、开放获取以及知识产权三者之间的内在联系以及其矛盾的处理。Based on the summary of the Open Access movement and the protection of intellectual property right, this article analyzes the actual contradictions between them from the perspectives of library. Moreover, the article gives a systematic analysis of the internal relations among Information Commons, Open Access and intellectual property right from the viewpoint of Information Commons as well as the handling of the contradictions among them.
