摘　　要：对网络信息资源的评价与管理一直是人们研究和讨论的热点之一。本文提出可用网站被引分析法对学术网站进行评价,并对网站被引分析法的特点、相关评价步骤和指标进行了阐述。以国内100所大学的网站为例进行实证分析,得出大学网站同被引的相关数据,通过多维尺度分析和Pajek,对网站之间的关系进行了可视化展示。表明从同被引的角度可以较好地评价大学网站间的关系,网站被引分析法是一种值得深入研究与发展的评价方法。Web information resources evaluation and management has been one of the hot topics for study and discussion. This paper suggests that Website citation analysis method can be used to evaluate the academic Website. The paper elaborates the characteristics, steps and indices of Website citation analysis method. An empirical analysis of the Chinese 100 university Websites gives the relevant data of co-citation of university Websites. Through multi-dimensional scaling analysis and by the use of Pajek tool, the relationship between Website is displayed visual- ly. The paper shows that the relationship of university Websites can be better evaluated from the perspectives of cocitation. Website citation analysis method is a Website evaluation method deserving to be further studied and developed.
