摘　　要：目前,传统网络管理系统多是针对个体需求,缺乏通用性,适应部署环境变迁的能力差,在异构网络中远程通信效率较低;针对此问题,基于面向服务架构(SOA)提出一种轻量级的通用分布式通信策略,策略以TCP/IP中的的TCP协议为基础,摒弃中间件与第三方软件,采用组件方式搭建系统,平台具有较强的可重用性、集成化和通用性,基于该平台开发的网管系统可按需共享和重用。实际工程运用表明,通用网管平台和提高网络管理的可扩展性和可维护性。At present, the traditional network management system is more for individual needs, they are lack of commonality, inadaptable to changing conditions of deployment, and are ineffective of remote-communication in heterogeneous network. For shortening these problems, a common distributed strategy which based on SOA framework is designed. Strategy based on a TCP/IP-based lightweight communication protocol, discard middleware and third-party software, and use component approach to implement platform. Its characteristics of ＂reusability, integration＂ make it has a great commonality. NM business can be shared and reused by needs. Practice has proved that, the scalability and maintainability of system are improved after using this platform.
