摘 要:在牛肉加工过程中,牛肉产品的质量安全是人们关注的焦点,提高追溯系统数据采集与传输的准确性能够提高牛肉产品的质量安全。结合HACCP提出一种新的数据采集与传输方法,该方法分析了牛肉加工环节的信息流程,设计了可追溯单元和数据采集与传输的关键点,提出了基于RFID(radio frequency identification)牛肉加工数据采集与传输模型。实证结果表明,该方法能够有效提高牛肉加工环节质量安全可追溯系统数据采集与传输的准确性,进而提高整体质量安全可追溯系统求解的精度。In the course of beef processing, the beef product quality and safety is the focus of attention. Improving the accuracy of data acquisition and transmission of beef traceability system can improve the quality and safety of beef products. A new data acquisition and transmission method is given combined with HACCP. The information flow ofthe beefprocessing chain is analyzed, traceability resource unit (TRU) and the critical points of the data acquisition and transmission is designed, the model of the data acquisition and transmission for beef processing based on RFID is proposed. The demonstration results show that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of the quality and safety data acquisition and transmission of traceability system for beef processing links, and then improve the solving precision of the overall quality and safety of traceability system.
