摘　　要：通过分析干部测评工作流程,借鉴OMR和OCR的技术特点,实现了一个快速高效的干部测评统计分析系统。该系统利用高速扫描仪得到纸质测评表的灰度图像,采用优化的图像识别算法从这些图像中快速采集测评数据,并使用数据库技术对测评数据进行存储和管理,快速完成对测评数据的统计、分析和报表生成,最终实现干部测评数据的高速度准确统计。By the analysis ofcadre evaluation work, an efficient cadre evaluation system is implemented which is based on the characteristics of OMR and OCR. In this system, those gray scale images of papery evaluation tables are obtained by the high speed scanner firstly. Then evaluation data are gathered from those images by a new optimized image recognition algorithm and are stored in a database. Those evaluation data can is quickly analyzed and listed in report forms. With the system, the statistic rate and accuracy is improved.
