湖北省三级医院护理人员职业态度调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查湖北省三级医院护理人员职业态度及影响因素,为护理管理者规划护理人员职业生涯,开发护理人力资源提供依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样法,运用自行设计的护理人员职业态度调查问卷对湖北省15所三级医院668名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果湖北省三级医院护理人员总体职业态度评分为(3.80±0.39)分,行为维度评分最高,为(4.01±0.45)分;不同年龄、择业原因的护理人员职业态度3个维度评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);护理人员的婚姻、职称、编制仅对行为维度有影响(P<0.05)。结论湖北省三级医院护理人员总体职业态度处于满意水平,年龄、编制、婚姻、职称及择业原因对职业态度有不同程度的影响。医院管理部门应有针对性地采取积极措施,进一步改善护理人员职业态度,从而提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of professional attitude of nurses in Class -Ⅲ hospitals in Hubei province in order to provide empirical basis for career planning and development. Method A tolal of 668 nurses from fifteen Class -Ⅲ hospitals were recruited and investigated by a self - designed questionnaire about nurse＇ s professional attitude. Results The total score of professional attitude was （ 3.80 ± 0.39 ）. The behavior factor got the highest score,which was （4.01 ± 0.45 ）. There were significant differences in the three factor scores of professional attitude among nurses with different age and reasons for choosing nursing as a profession （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） , and only in the factor score of behavior among nurses with different marital status,professional rank and type of employment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The overall professional attitude of nurses was satisfactory. The nurses＇ age, type of employment, marital status,professional rank and reasons for choosing nursing as a profession have some degree of influence on the professional attitude. The hospital managers should take actions to enhance nurses＇ professional attitude and thereby to improve the quality of nursing.
