摘 要:目的探讨应用有效的健康教育方法对提高肺结核患者遵医行为及疗效的影响。方法抽取120例肺结核患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上实施系统的健康教育,采用自制问卷,于患者出院前和出院后6个月调查肺结核疾病知识掌握情况。结果观察组患者疾病知识掌握程度优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者遵医行为及满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论强化健康教育可提高肺结核患者对疾病的知晓率,促进其遵医行为,提高治愈率及患者满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway in health education on the treatment compliance and clinical outcomes in patients with tuberculosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with tuberculosis were randmnly divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group received systemic health education based on clinical pathway in addition to routine treatment and nursing. The patients' treatment compliance and mastery of disease knowledge were measured before and 6 months after discharge. Results The patients' treatment compliance,mastery of disease knowledge and satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The application of clinical pathway in health education for patients with tuberculosis can increase the master rate of disease knowledge,promote the patients' treatment compliance,increase cure rate and patients' satisfaction.
