剪秋罗大小孢子母细胞减数分裂进程观察

摘　　要：该研究以大花剪秋罗为材料，研究其大孢子母细胞减数分裂进程、花粉母细胞减数分裂进程及其形态学特征上的对应关系，以便从形态学上辨别其对应的减数分裂时期，便于日后对其进行多倍体诱导育种工作。结果表明通过对大花剪秋罗大小孢子母细胞减数分裂进程的观察，发现大花剪秋罗大小孢子母细胞发育过程和外部形态存在一定的时序对应关系，可根据外部形态结合小孢子母细胞临时压片来初步判别大孢子母细胞减数分裂时期，但个体之间的同步性是否一致有待进一步研究。In the study the relationship between the meiosis stages of pollen mother cell （PMC） and megaspore mother cell （MMC） of Lychnis fulgens Fisch. and its morphological characteristics were observed. The relationship can be used in the polyploid breeding in further study. The result shows there is a relationship between the PMC and MMC meiosis stages and its morphological characteristics. The meiosis stages can be determined by the morphological characteristics and temporary squash method. But whether the synchronization between individual need further study.
