关于甘肃省耕地占补平衡的探讨

摘　　要：笔者对甘肃省耕地资源情况及耕地资源减少的原因进行分析，并对甘肃省的后备耕地资源情况进行分析，甘肃省的后备耕地资源情况可以实现全省的耕地占补平衡，同时提出了一系列开发后备耕地资源的建议措施。This paper analyzes the situation of cultivated land resources and the reasons for the reduction of arable land resources in Gansu Province, and analyzes the reserve of arable land in Gansu Province and the amount of reserve of arable land in Gansu Province resources can achieve the balance of arable land throughout the province, the article at the same time a Series development of back -up measures of arable land resources.
