灸治关元穴对阳虚患者不同时辰红细胞免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的：观察灸治关元穴对阳虚患者红细胞免疫功能的影响是否与时间有关连。方法：先对两组实验人员阳虚组患者35人及正常组35人在24小时内的（子、卯、午、酉）四个不同时辰进行抽血、操作、化验。随即进行艾灸关元穴治疗5天后，再对两组人员进行2h内的（子、卯、午、酉）四个不同时辰进行检验。并对结果进行统计学分析处理。结果：阳虚组、正常组组内灸前灸后存在明显差异（P〈0．05）；同组内午时、子时、卯时、酉时的花环率在统计存在明显差异。结论：①不论是阳虚组还是正常组，也不论是那个时辰，艾灸关元穴可以提高机体的免疫花环率；②灸前灸后正常组与阳虚组花环率均有差别，两组灸后的花环率均较灸前有所提高；③不论灸前还是灸后，不论正常组还是阳虚组红细胞花环结合率在不同的时辰内呈规律性变化。艾灸关元穴并无明显改变这种规律的趋势。Objective： To observe the moxibustion point of Yang Guanyuan patients red blood cell immune function associated with the time. Moxibustion Guanyuan point to change this law, there is no clear trend.
