超激光治疗仪联合连续硬膜外镇痛治疗带状疱疹早期的疗效及护理观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨超激光治疗仪联合连续硬膜外镇痛方法治疗带状疱疹的早期疗效，并对其护理过程及效果进行观察。方法：选取我院疼痛科门诊2007年12月-2008年10月收治的42例带状疱疹患者为研究对象，对其分为超激光治疗仪联合连续硬膜外镇痛组（观察组）21例和单纯硬膜外镇痛组（对照组）21例，分别采取超激光治疗仪联合连续硬膜外镇痛和单纯硬膜外镇痛的方法治疗带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛，并对其治疗前后的护理效果进行观察比较。结果：超激光治疗仪联合连续硬膜外镇痛组在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面的效果远远优于单纯硬膜外镇痛组，P〈0．01，效果确切。结论：超激光治疗仪联合连续硬膜外镇痛的方法远远优于传统的单纯硬膜外镇痛治疗带状疱疹的方法，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To discussion the analgesic effects of super--laser apparatus combined with outside the hard membrane eases the pain, and observation the effect of nursing. Methods： Selects 42 example belt--shaped herpes patient who my courtyard ache branch outpatient service in December, 2007 -2008 year in October admits is the object of study, divides into outside t super--laser apparatus combined with outside the hard membrane eases the pain continuously the group （observation group） 21 examples and outside the hard membrane eases the pain （control group） 21 examples, adopts the method treatment belt--shaped herpes which separately outside the ultra laser treatment meter union continuously hard membrane analgesia and outside the pure hard membrane eases the pain and after that loses neuralgia. Results ： The analgesic effects of super--laser apparatus combined with outside the hard membrane eases the pain is better than the outside the hard membrane eases the pain ,P〈0.01. The effect is good . Conclusion： The analgesic effects of super--laser apparatus combined with outside the hard membrane eases the pain is better than the outside the hard membrane eases the pain. It is Is worth promoting.
