金融危机与中国木材产业技术革新关系探究

摘　　要：金融危机为中国木材产业技术革新带来了机遇。对中国木材产业技术资源投入与配置的现状进行了分析,得出结论:中国木材产业技术资源投入不足,配置效率低下,限制了产业技术水平的提升,因而技术革新势在必行。分析了金融危机对中国木材产业技术革新的影响,认为金融危机不仅促使中国木材产业通过技术革新来摆脱困境,同时也大幅降低了技术革新的成本。从政府和企业两个层面,提出了中国木材产业在金融危机背景下开展技术革新的对策建议。Financial crisis brings opportunities for the technological innovation of Chinese timber industry. First, the situation of the input and allocation of technology resources of Chinese timber industry is analyzed, and then the conclusion is made that the input of technology resources of Chinese timber resources is inadequate, and the allocation efficiency of technology resources of Chinese timber resources is low. That limits the improvement of industrial technology level. So the technological innovation of Chinese timber industry is imperative. Second, the impact of financial crisis on technological innovation of Chinese timber industry is analyzed deeply. Financial crisis not only promotes China＇ s timber industry to get rid of the dilemma through technical innovation, but also significantly reduces the cost of technological innovation. Third, from two levels of government and enterprises, the suggestion is put forward to promote the technological innovation of Chinese timber industry in the context of financial crisis.
