摘　　要：基于KYF-200浮选机特点,分析其对液位控制系统的要求,提出了控制方案,研究了专用算法和软件结构,开发了液位自动控制系统,并在德兴铜矿大山选矿厂完成工业试验,试验结果表明,该系统是浮选机可靠运行的有力保障和提高选别指标的有效手段。Based on the characteristics of the KYF-200 flotation cell, this paper analyzed of the level control system it required, proposed the control programmer, studied the special algorithms and the soft architecture, then developed the level automatic control system, and finished the industrial test in Dexing Copper Mine Dashan Concentrator. The results showed that： The system is the powerful safeguard of stable operation and the effective measure of updating concentration indexes for flotation cell.
