摘 要:以β-紫罗兰酮为原料,过氧乙酸为氧化剂,以一锅法合成二氢猕猴桃内酯。考察了影响二氢猕猴桃内酯产率的各因素。实验表明,合成二氢猕猴桃内酯的适宜工艺条件为:β-紫罗兰酮用量为10.0 g,催化剂浓硫酸用量为1.5 mL,过氧乙酸用量为60 mL,反应时间为10 h,反应温度为40℃。此工艺条件下,二氢猕猴桃内酯产率可达73.9%。用GC-MS、IR和元素分析对产物结构进行了表征。Using β-ionone as raw materials and peracetic acid as oxidant, dihydroactindiolide was synthesized in one-pot. The effects of the amount and types of catalysts, reaction time and temperature, and the amount of peracetic acid on dihydroactindiolide yields were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: 10 g β-ionone, 1.5 mL sulfuric acid as catalyst, 60 mL peroxyacetic acid, reaction time 10 h and reaction temperature 40℃. Under these conditions, the product yield reached 73.9%. Structure of the product was characterized by GC-MS, IR spectrum and elementary analysis.
