摘　　要：南太平洋岛国拥有丰富的海底多金属矿产资源,众多岛国由于社会经济落后加之无现代科学技术条件,亟需国外技术援助发展本国经济。本文根据中国—太平洋岛国经济发展—"加强互利合作,实现共同发展"的战略决策,探讨开展与南太平洋岛国双边/多边合作,探查开发深海矿产资源的途径。South Pacific island countries have rich submarine polymetallic mineral resources, but they urgently need foreign technical assistance to improve their native economy as these island countries are backward in social economy and short of modern scientific and technological conditions. The present study focuses on sino-island countries cooperative exploration and development for the deep-sea mineral resources based upon bilateral/multilateral cooperation that aims at strengthening mutual beneficial cooperation to realize mutual development strategy.
