摘　　要：为促进农村地区形成投资多元、种类多样、覆盖全面、服务高效的全方位服务体系,有效解决农村地区金融网点覆盖率低、金融供给不足、竞争不充分等问题,我国2007年开始批准建立村镇银行,经过两年已有了很大的发展。但在其发展中仍有许多问题,尤其是如何实现村镇银行可持续的发展。本文拟通过对制度构建的探讨,提出完善村镇银行可持续发展的建议。The Chinese government approved the estab lishment of rural banks in 2007, for promoting more investment and building an efficient full-service system which offers comprehensive service in rural areas, to solve the problems efficiently about low coverage, less financial supply, inadequate competition and so on.Since then there has been a great development of rural banks, but there are still many issues, especially how to achieve sustainable development of a rural bank.This paper is intended to pose some suggestions as to how to gain Sustainable development for the rural banks on basic of the exploring the ways to have the systems establ ished.
