摘　　要：新农村建设离不开金融支持,然而,当前农村金融体系存在金融供给与金融需求不相适应的问题,这种由供给不足导致的金融抑制会影响新农村建设和农村经济的发展,因此,完善农村金融体系是当务之急。完善农村金融体系,既要建立合理的农村金融组织体系和金融制度,也要优化农村金融体系的外部环境。The new rural construction is inseparable from the financial support.However, there is the problem that financial need can not meet the financial supply in the current rural financial system.The financial repression which caused by the insufficient supply will affect the new rural construction and rural economic development.so it is urgently needed to improve the rural financial system.To improve the rural financial system, it is necessary to establish a rational system of rural financial organizations and finan cial system, to also optimize the external environment.
