摘　　要：为扩大农村消费,提高农民生活质量,促进社会主义新农村建设,政府在全国范围内开展家电下乡的财政政策。随着国际金融危机的爆发,家电下乡这一积极财政政策已成为社会关注的焦点。本文对在家电下乡政策背景及实施进展的情况下,对家电下乡进行综合效应评估提出几点疑问,希望以此推动家电下乡政策的进一步完善。In order to expand the rural consumption, improve the farmers quality of life and promote the building of new socialist rural areas, the government carries out fiscal policy of appliance across the country.With the outbreak of the international financial crisis, the proactive policy of household electric appliances has become a focus.In this paper, based on the background and process in the implementation of the policy, we analyse the combined effect of this policy and bring forward a few questions.We hope the findings further improve the policy of household electric appliances in countryside.
