摘　　要：目的:研究北京天坛医院2006～2008年脑动脉瘤住院患者的用药情况。方法:利用药历管理软件,对北京天坛医院2006～2008年脑动脉瘤住院患者的使用药品的数量与金额进行统计,并计算DDDs、DDC和B/A。结果:脑动脉瘤住院患者的治疗过程中,多类药品均被使用,符合治疗原则。结论:我院在脑动脉瘤的治疗当中,用药基本合理,并不断降低药价,让利于民。BJECTIVE：To evaluate the drug use for patients with cerebral aneurysms during 2006～2008 in Beijing Tiantan Hospital.METHODS：The medication histories were reviewed to analyze the consumption amount and consumption sum of drugs used for with cerebral aneurysms during 2006～2008 in Beijing Tiantan Hospital,meanwhile,the DDDs,DDC and B/A were calculated.RESULTS：The treatment of cerebral aneurysms was line with the treatment principle in that numerous kinds of drugs were used.CONCLUSION：The drug use for patients with cerebral aneurysms in Beijing Tiantan Hospital was reasonable on the whole.The drug price in our hospital has been decreasing for the benefit of patients.
