摘　　要：围绕港口经济的重要性和港口经济的特点,介绍了港口信息化的内涵和发展,并进一步细化到港口信息化要建设的五大平台和四个发展阶段。最后通过天津、上海等港口的信息化建设对港口信息化建设进行了说明。In combined with the importance and characteristics of port economy, the concept and development of port informatization have been introduced, and five platforms and four development stages in port informatization construction have been introduced in detail. At last, the author has presents the informatiozation practice of Tian Jing port and Shang Hal port as case studies.
