摘 要:本文以某发动机压气机轮盘榫槽低循环疲劳(LCF)为研究对象,针对其疲劳载荷非对称、危险部位数目较多等特点,对其进行寿命预测和试验研究。轮盘低循环疲劳寿命预测采用工程中常用的通用斜率以及Manson-Coffin公式进行,并考虑平均应力修正方法、危险部位数目对轮盘低循环疲劳寿命的影响以及多轴疲劳寿命预测方法。通过轮盘低循环疲劳试验,再现了在役发动机轮盘榫槽槽底裂纹,验证了轮盘低循环疲劳寿命预测模型和方法的有效性。Due to the characteristics of asymmetry and numerous critical positions on fatigue load, life prediction and test research have been conducted for the mortise low cycle fatigue (LCF) of a compressor disc. Universal Slope function and Manson-Coffin equation (frequently used in engineering) have been used to predict disc LCF life. Mean stress correction methods, effect of the amount of critical positions on disc LCF life as well as multi-axis fatigue life prediction, were taken into account. The flaw on slot bottom of an in-service engine disc has been reappeared through disc LCF test. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of LCF life prediction model and technique has been validated.
