摘　　要：研究了乳液聚合八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)阳离子羟基硅油乳液的制备、性能特点及相关参数对合成的影响,讨论了乳化剂、引发剂、聚合温度、聚合时间、聚合方式等对乳液共聚的影响,同时对八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)的转化率、交联方式作了探讨.依据国家标准对产品进行了全面的检测,证明所研制产品的性能达到标准.采用该产品对织物及纱线进行整理,获得了良好的滑爽、柔软的效果.The principles, characteristics and some parameters of the process in the emulsification of hydroxyl-organ silicon were studied. The emphasis about this article are the influences of emulsifying agent, initiating agent, temperature, time, ways of emulsifying, as well as the conversing rate and ways of cross-bonding. The result is satisfied after the tests according to the standards of GB. The fabrics and yarns have smooth and soft quality after using the present emulsion.
