摘 要:在间歇塔釜回流共沸精馏塔中,以正己烷为共沸剂,对乙醇和水的共沸物进行分离实验。考察了操作时间、回流比、共沸剂用量等因素对塔釜中乙醇含量的影响,并与间歇塔顶回流共沸精馏塔的分离结果进行比较。实验结果表明,在其他操作条件相同、回流比大于3时,塔釜回流操作得到的乙醇纯度和收率均高于塔顶回流操作;在回流比5、加热功率1200W、塔釜乙醇的质量分数为99.73%时,与塔顶回流操作相比,塔釜回流操作共沸剂的用量减少了200mL,收率提高了18.92%,操作时间节省53min。Azeotrope of water-ethanol was separated by batch azeotropic rectification with reflux at tower bottom, n-hexane as the entrainer. Effects of operation time, reflux ratio and entrainer dosage on ethanol content in bottom were studied. Batch azeotropic rectification with reflux at tower top was compared with the operation of reflux at the bottom. Purity and yield of ethanol in the bottom by operation of reflux at bottom were higher than that of operation of reflux at top while other operating parameters keeping same and reflux ratio keeping at more than 3. When reflux ratio 5, heating power 1 200 W and mass fraction of ethanol in the bottom is 99.73%, the operation of reflux at the bottom comparing with the operation of reflux at the top entrainer dosage decreased 200 mL, yield of ethanol in bottom increased by 18.92% and operation time reduced by 53 min.
