重庆市农民工艾滋病/性病知识、态度和行为现状研究

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市农民工人群艾滋病/性病知识、态度和性行为现状,为农民工艾滋病/性病健康教育及行为干预提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样,对重庆市主城区的农民工进行艾滋病/性病相关知识、态度和行为的现况调查。结果调查对象对艾滋病相关知识知晓率为39.55%,对常见的7种性病知晓率为31.97%。47.09%的农民工认为蚊虫叮咬可以传播艾滋病;只有49.72%的农民工知道哺乳可以传播艾滋病。57.66%的未婚农民工有性伙伴,发生性行为时有31.25%的人从未使用安全套;19.63%的已婚农民工有婚外性伙伴,其中有55.41%属于商业性行为人员,发生性行为时有30.51%的农民工从未使用安全套。结论农民工对艾滋病/性病有一定的认识,但存在一些误区,高危性行为问题依然很严峻。应该加强对艾滋病/性病传播途径和预防知识的宣传教育,并促使他们在行为上发生改变。Objective To study the knowledge, attitude and behavior about AIDS/STD among the migrant workers in Chongqing,to provide theoretical foundation for health education and behavior interventions on AIDS/STD among migrant workers. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used in the investigation related the knowledge,attitude and behavior about AIDS/STD among the migrant workers in Chongqing. Results Data analysis revealed that the rate about the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge was 39.55%, the rate about the awareness of seven types of common sexually transmitted diseases was 31.97%. There were 47.09% of migrant workers thought that mosquito bites could spread AIDS,only 49.72% of migrant workers known that breast-feeding could spread AIDS. 57.66% of unmarried migrant workers had sexual partners, 31.25 % of the people had never used condoms in there sexual behaviours, 19.63 % of married migrant workers had extramarital sexual partners, 55.41% of them engaged in commercial sex activities, 30.51% of these people have never used condoms in their sexual behaviors. Conclusion The migrant workers have some knowledge about AIDS/STD,but still have some misunderstanding in some aspects, the questions about high-risk sexual behavior are still grim. It is time to strength the education of the routes of the transmission and prevention knowledge about AIDS/STD,and encourage them to change their behaviors.
