湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法将120例新生儿尿布皮炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,用药前均用温水洗净臀部,并擦干后给予2%聚维酮碘溶液消毒皮疹部位,并用红外线照射患处15min,治疗组与对照组分别涂抹湿润烧伤膏与氧化锌软膏,每日2次,3d后观察疗效。结果治疗组与对照组尿布皮炎的治疗有效率分别为96.7%和80.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎止痛效果好,恢复快,疗效优于常规药物,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating neonatal diaper dermatitis. METHODS 120 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis were divided randomly into 2 groups. In therapy group and control group, MEBO or Zinc oxide ointment was applied respectively to the lesion area, 2 times a day for 3 days after washing with warm water and drying hip, sterilizing the wounds with 2 % povidone iodine solution and exposuring it under infrared ray for 15 minutes. RESULTS The efficacy of MEBO in treating neonatal diaper dermatitis was very remarkable, with the result of 96.7 % and 80.0 % respectively. CONCLUSIONS MEBO is markedly effective for treating neonatal diaper dermatitis with a good recovery. It is worthy to be popularized for its better efficacy than other conventional drugs.
